I have joined "Just for the Health of It" -- a practice in downtown Vancouver

I have some exciting news to share! I recently had the opportunity to join a practice in close-in downtown Vancouver, called Just for the Health of It.

My first day in my new clinic August 9th, 2011.

The new clinic is located at 2402 Broadway, Vancouver, Washington 98663

If you received this letter, you are an existing patient of Dr.Clark’s, or have participated in a group cleanse. Please know that I will make every effort to make this transition a smooth one. I really want you to join me at Just for the Health of it. Your attentive treatment and care will not change, though Dr. Clark will no longer accept private insurance nor is she “In-Network” with any insurance companies. Payment for your visit is required at time of service. You will always be provided with a “Super Bill”, or medical receipt, for you to submit to your insurance company afterwards.  Most clients find that they are reimbursed at excellent rates by their insurance companies.

My new schedule will be as follows:
Tuesday --- 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Thursday--- 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Friday--- 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

I will begin seeing patient in my new space on August 9, 2011.
